Refund and Cancellation Policy

Because consulting sessions and roadmaps are prepared and delivered individually, payments are generally non-refundable once the service has been booked or delivered.

Rescheduling

You may reschedule a booked session at no cost with at least 24 hours' notice. Late rescheduling or no-shows may forfeit the session.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel before your session, please contact shadiathedeveloper150@gmail.com as soon as possible. Partial refunds may be issued at Shadia's discretion depending on how much work has already been completed.

Roadmap and multi-week engagements

For engagements that include preparation work, questionnaires or deliverables, refunds are not available once work has begun. Any remaining unused sessions may be rescheduled within a reasonable timeframe.
